What information we collect

When you create an account, place an order or contact us, we typically collect: your name, phone number, delivery address (for delivery orders), email (if you use the contact form), and information about your orders (items, amount, time). We do not collect information we do not need to serve you.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your information in order to receive, confirm and deliver your order, manage your customer account (including first-order and promo-code discounts), and respond to your enquiries. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or based on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Data retention

Order information is kept for as long as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act's record-keeping rules (up to 5 years after the end of the relevant financial year). Information submitted via the contact form is kept only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, and is deleted afterwards.

Sharing of information

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Once online payment is available, information necessary to process your payment will be shared with our payment provider, who is independently responsible for that processing as its own data controller.

Local storage and cookies

Our website only uses technically necessary local storage in your browser to remember your shopping cart, language choice and login session. We do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your information, the right to restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability. You can contact us at any time to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).
