Prices
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to correct typing errors and to change prices.
Order and agreement
Your order is a request to us. The agreement is only binding once we have confirmed your order — typically by phone. We reserve the right to decline an order, e.g. if an item is sold out or due to a technical error.
Payment
Online payment is currently under development. Until then, payment is made on pickup or delivery. We will update these terms as soon as online payment is available.
Pickup and delivery
You can choose between pickup at the restaurant or delivery to the address you provide. Delivery time and any delivery fee will be stated when you order or when your order is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
Food that deteriorates quickly, as well as food prepared to the customer's order, is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product or service, please contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority via the Consumer Complaints Board, or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If you have a complaint as a consumer, you can also submit it via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Go to the complaint platform
Allergens and food safety
Please see our food safety and allergens page for information about how we handle allergens in our dishes. See food safety information
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will first be sought resolved amicably; if no agreement can be reached, the case may be brought before the Danish courts.
